Office Location

The health department is located inside Shelby City Hall, 43 West Main Street. Street parking is available in front of the building. Off-street parking can be found in the lot behind the building.

Clinic/Training Room Location

Vaccination clinics, training classes, and other public events are typically held in our training room. This room is accessible from the Water Street entrance.
